1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tee Time Alert Pro ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tee Time Alert Pro is a mobile application that monitors golf course tee time availability and sends push notifications when openings match your criteria. We do not guarantee the availability of any tee times or the accuracy of information from third-party booking platforms.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You must choose a unique username to identify yourself in the app
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
One account per person; shared accounts are not permitted

4. Push Notifications

Tee Time Alert Pro sends push notifications to alert you when tee times become available:

You must enable push notifications on your device to receive alerts
All members of your alert groups will receive push notifications when tee times are found
Group members must have the app installed to receive notifications
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free tier includes limited features as described in the app
Pro subscription is billed monthly or annually through the App Store or Google Play
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Add users to alert groups without their consent
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated methods to access the Service beyond intended functionality
Resell or redistribute the Service

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party golf booking platforms (GolfNow, foreUP, Chronogolf, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these platforms. Booking transactions occur directly with the golf course or booking platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Tee time information will be accurate or current
You will be able to book any particular tee time

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEETIME ALERT PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
